Lovexplor is a platform that connects creators with those who seek exclusive, high-quality visual experiences. In this Privacy Policy, “Lovexplor,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the company that owns and operates the Lovexplor platform, including our website www.lovexplor.com, Lovexplor mobile apps (iOS & Android), APIs, embedded media, and any associated services.

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use and explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information across the platform, whether you are a creator or an Xplorer.

Information You Provide to Lovexplor

When you use Lovexplor, you may provide us with personal information through form fields, interactions, or when creating content or subscriptions. The type and amount of information we collect depends on how you interact with the platform—whether you’re creating an account, subscribing as an Xplorer, offering premium content as a creator, or making a purchase.

Typically, we collect at least the following:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number (optional in some cases)

• Username

• Password

• Country and region of residence

You may also have the option to sign up using third-party services like Google, Apple, or Facebook. If you choose this option, we may request access to basic account details such as your full name, email address, user ID, and profile photo. These platforms allow you to control or revoke this access at any time via their respective privacy settings.

In addition, you may customize your public profile by adding location, links to social media, or a bio—this information will be stored and used in line with this Policy.

Xplorers

An Xplorer is someone who subscribes, purchases content, or engages with creators on Lovexplor to gain access to exclusive content or experiences.

To complete a purchase or subscription, you’ll need to provide payment information to our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others we may integrate with). Lovexplor does not store your full payment card number, but may retain limited information such as the expiration date or the last 4 digits, for billing and verification purposes.

When you purchase access to content or subscribe to a creator, we collect information about:

• The creators or content you support

• Your subscription tier and purchase history

• The benefits you receive

• Your shipping address and phone number (if physical items or experiences are included)

• Your IP address or approximate location derived from payment methods or self-reported data

Creators

A creator is someone who offers premium content, videos, or experiences through the Lovexplor platform. If you decide to become a creator, you will need to provide information to build your profile, describe your creations, and manage your earnings.

To receive payouts, you must register with one of our payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others), which may require you to share personal data directly with them. Some of this data may be shared back with Lovexplor for verification and compliance.

Depending on your location, the type of content you create, and the legal requirements in your jurisdiction, we may request the following additional information:

• Legal name and contact information

• Date and place of birth

• National ID or government-issued documents

• Proof of residency

• Bank account information for payouts

• Tax identification numbers, VAT or company registration number (if applicable)

• Self-identification as an 18+ creator if you publish adult content

• Business or brand name (if applicable)

This information is securely stored and used only for compliance, verification, and tax reporting purposes.

Automatically Collected Data

When you browse Lovexplor, interact with content, or use our platform—even without creating an account—we automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data. This includes when you:

• Interact with embedded content on external websites

• Use our mobile apps or access our platform via browser

• Open or click on our emails

We may collect the following data automatically:

• IP address and approximate geolocation (e.g., country or region)

Messages and Comments on Lovexplor

We may also use moderation tools to detect violations of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.

Community Platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram)

Lovexplor uses third-party platforms like Discord and Telegram to host private and premium communities for creators and Xplorers.

When you join these communities via invitation, we may collect:

• Your Discord or Telegram username and ID

• Join and leave dates

• Channels accessed, roles assigned, and permissions

• Messages sent within the server

• Profile configuration (bio, avatar, handles)

We may link your Lovexplor account to your Discord or Telegram account to verify membership tiers or grant access to exclusive spaces.

User Research and Surveys

To improve Lovexplor, we may invite creators or Xplorers to participate in voluntary research studies.

If you accept, we may collect:

• Feedback through written or recorded interviews

• Screen recordings (with prior consent)

• Survey responses related to platform usage, preferences, or perception

• Demographic data (e.g., age range, gender identity, content type) – optional and anonymized

This information helps us improve user experience, refine product development, and ensure we’re meeting the needs of both creators and Xplorers.

Events, Webinars & Feedback

If you attend online or in-person events hosted or promoted by Lovexplor, we may collect:

• Your name, email, and account type (creator/Xplorer)

• Event preferences or feedback

• Participation details (questions asked, poll answers, attendance time)

• Survey responses related to the event experience

This helps us personalize future events, offer better support, and promote creators more effectively.

Blogs & Creator Resources

When you interact with our blog, tutorials, or creator academy content, we may collect:

• Your comments and name/username

• Email address (if submitted for newsletters or notifications)

• Site behavior (e.g., which posts you read, what resources you download)

This information is used for engagement tracking and content optimization.

Information from Linked Third-Party Accounts

If you connect your Lovexplor account to external platforms (such as Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.), we may access public or authorized data such as:

• Your profile name, username, and ID

• Profile photo or avatar

• Number of followers or subscribers

• Content performance (e.g., likes, views, comments, shares)

• Relationship graphs (e.g., who you follow or are followed by)

These integrations help creators verify their audience reach or enable automated promotions via Lovexplor.

At any time, you may revoke our access via the settings of the connected platform.

Example: Lovexplor may use YouTube API Services. By using Lovexplor features linked to YouTube, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Promotions & Giveaways

Occasionally, Lovexplor may run contests, giveaways, or promotions via social media channels like Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook or others.

If you participate in such promotions, we may collect:

• Name or username

• Email or contact info (only if required for rewards)

• Platform handles (if verifying eligibility)

• Survey or feedback answers related to the promotion

We use this data solely for the purpose of managing the promotion, awarding winners, and improving future campaigns.

Consent & Age Verification for Adult/18+ Content

Lovexplor is committed to ensuring compliance and safety for all content shared on the platform—especially for Adult/18+ creators.

Creators who publish uncensored or sensual content that includes nudity, erotica, or sexually explicit visuals must (only recreative or artistic ways):

• Self-identify as an Adult/18+ Creator in their account settings

• Verify their age (18+) with a valid government-issued ID

• Obtain written consent from any individual featured in their content

• Ensure all individuals depicted are 18 years or older

• Use our standard release forms, or their own equivalent, to document compliance

Lovexplor does not directly collect this consent unless required during a compliance review. However, creators may be asked to provide documentation if a dispute or investigation arises.

Information Collected by Third Parties

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Third-party services integrated into Lovexplor may place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device when you visit our platform.

Information Shared with Creators

When you engage with a creator—for example, by subscribing, purchasing content, or messaging them—you consent to sharing some of your personal data with that creator. This may include:

• Your name and public profile information (username, avatar, etc.)

• Your email address

• Shipping details (if the creator offers physical perks and you choose to provide them)

• Your phone number (only when applicable for benefits, events, or direct messaging)

• The value, tier, and start date of your subscription

• General analytics (e.g., content viewed, interaction duration, etc.)

In some cases, creators may invite you to participate in optional surveys, for example when you subscribe or cancel a membership. If you choose to respond, your data (including name or email if provided) may be shared with the associated creator.

When you send messages to a creator or another user via Lovexplor, the contents of those messages are visible to the recipient.

Creator Data Responsibilities

All creators on Lovexplor are required to follow our Creator Data Policy, which outlines how they may access, store, and use the personal data shared with them. This includes:

• Respecting your privacy and communication preferences

• Protecting any data used to fulfill subscriptions or ship rewards

• Not misusing personal information or sharing it without consent

Lovexplor provides creators with guidance and tools to handle personal data responsibly. However, creators may also use third-party tools to manage benefits, deliver files, or process physical shipments (e.g., email providers, delivery services, cloud hosting).

We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any external service used by a creator, particularly when interacting off-platform.

Information Shared with Xplorer Communities

By subscribing to a creator, purchasing a membership or premium content, or otherwise engaging with a creator on Lovexplor, you join a private Xplorer Community associated with that creator. Each community includes the creator and users who have supported, followed, or interacted with that creator—whether through paid subscriptions or free participation.

When you join a community, you agree that the following personal data may be shared with that community:

• Your full name or display name as shown in your Lovexplor profile

• Your profile image (avatar)

• Your bio or about section (if added)

• Connected social media accounts (if linked)

• Your active subscriptions or memberships to the creator

• Premium content or offerings you’ve purchased from that creator

• The length of time you’ve supported that creator (including your join date and upgrade history)

• The Lovexplor communities you share in common with other users

• Community spaces (such as chat rooms or event threads) where you and others are both present or have been active

• Your status or role in that community (including badges, moderator status, or recognition you’ve earned)

This data may appear in your Community Profile, which can contain more detail than your public profile. Your Community Profile is visible only to other members of the community. If you disable your Community Profile in your privacy settings, only your basic public profile will be shown to others.

Community Interactions

When you interact within Lovexplor communities—such as commenting on a post, liking or reacting to content, joining live events or chats, or sending messages—your activity is visible to others in that space.

Typing indicators (e.g., “user is typing…”) may also be visible. If a community space was initially private but later becomes public or accessible to a broader group, then all previously shared comments, reactions, and activity may become visible to the new audience.

Information Shared with the Public

Certain types of information may be visible to the public and may be indexed by search engines depending on your privacy settings. These include:

• Aggregated and anonymized data, such as statistics about user activity or platform growth, which we may share in reports, press releases, or blog posts.

• Public interactions such as comments, likes, and reactions made on content that has been published publicly. These inherit the visibility of the original post. If a post is made public after the fact, associated interactions may also become public.

For Xplorers (fans and subscribers)

The following information may be shown publicly:

• Your Lovexplor username

• Your avatar image

• The date your account was created

• Social accounts you’ve linked (if applicable)

• Your bio (if provided)

If you have enabled full public profile visibility, additional information may be visible:

• Creators you support and when you started supporting them

• The tier or membership level of each subscription

• Public posts you’ve liked

• Comments you’ve made on public posts

For Creators

The following information may be public:

• Your username and profile image

• The date your Lovexplor account was created

• Any public location info you’ve chosen to include

• Your bio and connected social profiles (if shared)

• Your creator page content, including:

  • Membership tier descriptions and pricing

  • Shop offerings, product titles, and benefits

  • Goals and funding progress

  • Public posts and content previews

If enabled, your creator page may also show:

• The number of active Xplorers supporting you  (if public)

• Your total earnings on Lovexplor  (if public)

• When you support other creators (if public)

When you interact with your own posts (e.g., by liking a comment), your interaction may be visible to users based on the post’s privacy settings.

Information Shared with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aside from information shared with creators, within Xplorer communities, or publicly visible elements, we only share your data with third parties under specific circumstances:

Service Providers

Lovexplor works with third-party vendors and partners to deliver essential services such as:

• Cloud hosting and content delivery (e.g., video streaming and image CDN)

• Data analytics and performance tracking

• Fraud detection and payment processing

• Security and encryption

• Email communication and transactional messaging

• Customer support platforms

• Internal communication and moderation tools

These companies are contractually required to process your data only on behalf of Lovexplor, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and under strict confidentiality and security obligations. Non-personal or anonymized data may be used by these vendors for their own performance improvements or analytics.

Payment Processing & Age Verification (Adult/18+)

To comply with industry standards and payment partner requirements, Lovexplor may share verification data with our payment providers. This applies especially to creators producing Adult/18+ content. In such cases:

• Creators must confirm they are over 18 and verify the age and consent of anyone featured in their content.

• We may request age verification documents and proof of consent, and share this data with payment platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, CCBill) upon request.

• Lovexplor does not store age or consent forms of depicted individuals unless required for legal or compliance reasons.

Legal Obligations & Law Enforcement

We may disclose your data to law enforcement, tax authorities, or regulatory bodies if:

• Required to comply with local, national, or international law

• Responding to valid legal processes such as subpoenas or court orders

• Preventing fraud, security breaches, or harm to Lovexplor or its users

Where legally allowed, we will attempt to notify you before such disclosures.

Corporate Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction. Lovexplor will continue to protect your data under the terms of this Privacy Policy during such events.

Team Accounts (Teammate Access)

If you use a Lovexplor Creator Team Account, you may grant access to teammates (e.g., content managers, moderators). These individuals may be able to manage your page, access some account data, and perform specific actions based on the permissions you define.

Third-Party Integrations

If you connect your Lovexplor account with third-party services (such as Discord, YouTube, Google, Meta or others), you may authorize those platforms to:

• Access basic profile information from Lovexplor

• Perform certain actions on your behalf (e.g., send notifications or sync perks)

You can revoke these permissions anytime through your account settings or the settings of the third-party service.

Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing emails and text messages (SMS/MMS) at any time. To do so:

Please note: You will still receive transactional messages related to your account or purchases.

Ad Personalization Controls

We may work with advertising partners to offer personalized content or promote Lovexplor to similar audiences. You can manage ad preferences via:

• Device settings (iOS/Android), depending on your operating system version

For example:

• On Android: enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization”

• On iOS 14+: disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”

Notification Settings & Data Control

Turning Off Email Notifications

You can manage and turn off email notifications in your Notification Settings inside your Lovexplor account. Disabling notifications will stop most non-essential emails (e.g., content alerts, offers), but we will still send transactional emails related to your account, purchases, and system updates (such as billing or password resets).

Turning Off Mobile Push Notifications

If you use the Lovexplor iOS or Android app, you may receive push notifications by default. You can disable these directly in your device settings or within the Lovexplor App Settings under “Notifications.”

Controlling Your Personal Data

We provide tools that allow you to control and manage your personal data. You can:

• Access the data Lovexplor has collected about you

• Correct or update inaccurate data

• Restrict or object to certain uses of your data

• Delete your data

• Request data portability

 If you are unable to access your account (e.g. lost credentials), we may require identity verification to process your request.

Verification of Requests

To protect all users, we require verification for any request related to personal data:

• If you’re logged in, we may ask you to confirm your password.

• If you’re not logged in, we may ask for additional proof of identity (such as email confirmation, IP logs, or other validation steps).

• We reserve the right to deny requests that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent.

Do Not Track Signals

Your browser may send “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals to websites. Currently, there is no industry-standard response to such signals. For this reason, Lovexplor does not respond to DNT requests, but we do offer robust cookie controls and privacy settings within your account.
