Lovexplor is a premium membership platform that connects Xplorers (fans) with exclusive creators and visual experiences they love. Whether you’re here to relax with immersive experiences, our mission is to put creators and experiences first.

We know that most people skim through Terms of Use because they’re long and, well, boring. That’s why we’ve included a short summary at the beginning of each section. But remember: these summaries are not legally binding. Please read the full text to understand your rights and responsibilities. If you continue to use Lovexplor, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Welcome to Lovexplor!

Summary: By using Lovexplor, you agree to these terms.

These are the Terms of Use for Lovexplor and they apply to all users of the platform. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to Lovexplor Media, the company behind the platform. “Lovexplor” refers to our platform and services, including the Lovexplor website, mobile apps (iOS and Android), Lovexplor APIs, embeddable widgets, and any related subdomains.

By using Lovexplor, you agree to these Terms and all related policies we publish, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Content Monetization Guidelines, and Cookie Policy. We collect, use, and share data in accordance with those policies.

Your Account

Summary: You must be at least 13 years old to use Lovexplor. You’re responsible for your account.

When you create an account on Lovexplor, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. To register or use Lovexplor, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (minimum legal age to use online services).

  • Be at least 18 years old to access or purchase 18+ content, become a creator, or offer any monetized content on the platform.

  • If you’re under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Lovexplor (except for Adult content or creator access, which always requires 18+).

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content you upload, purchase, or engage with. If someone else accesses your account, you are liable for any consequences. Keep your credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorized activity or account breach, contact us immediately.

Abusive Conduct

Summary: Be respectful. Don’t misuse the platform or violate our rules.

You’re responsible for all actions taken through your Lovexplor account. If you violate these terms or any of our policies, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account.

Do not:

  • Use Lovexplor for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Upload or distribute harmful, hateful, or exploitative content.

  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users or creators.

  • Use Lovexplor for purely technical abuse (e.g., as cloud storage or to host pirated materials).

  • Exploit the platform in ways it wasn’t designed for (e.g., automation to scrape private content or bypass paywalls).

If you’re a creator earning income, your activity off-platform (e.g., via third-party apps or in other communities) may also be subject to review if it puts Lovexplor or its community at risk.

Everything About Being a Creator

Summary: A creator is someone who builds a page on Lovexplor to offer premium content and engage with Xplorers (fans) who support them through memberships or one-time purchases. Read this section carefully — it includes important details on payouts, fees, taxes, adult content, and content restrictions.

Your Creator Page

To become a creator, simply launch your creator page to begin offering exclusive content, memberships, or single purchases. By joining Lovexplor, you become part of the Xplorers Network — a community of visual creators, artists, storytellers, and adult content providers, depending on your chosen niche.

Lovexplor gives you the tools to showcase your creations, offer experiences, sell digital downloads, and provide premium benefits to your most passionate fans — including early access, behind-the-scenes content, private media, or sensual creations (for eligible +18 creators).

In return, you receive monthly recurring income or one-time payments from the content you offer, based on the purchases and memberships of your subscribers.

Payouts

As a creator, you can:

  • Offer one-time sales or recurring memberships.

  • Set your own pricing tiers.

  • Choose what benefits each tier or purchase includes.

Prices may be converted to local currencies for fans automatically based on our internal exchange rates.

When applicable, prices may also be adjusted to reflect platform-specific fees (e.g., App Store or Google Play) — this is handled transparently.

Payout access time may vary based on:

  • Your creator status and verification level

  • Payment method used

  • Geographic region

  • Risk or fraud review, including chargebacks or dispute resolution

    In cases of violations of our policies or unresolved tax reporting requirements, your payouts may be delayed or withheld. We’ll notify you of the reason if that occurs.

Chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent payments may also reduce your available balance. You are responsible for negative balances. We reserve the right to recover those funds from future payouts.

Adult / 18+ Creators

If you publish +18 or sensual content, you agree to additional requirements:

  • You must verify that you are 18 years or older through official ID and KYC.

  • All people depicted in your content must be 18+ and must have provided written consent.

  • You must submit proof of age and consent if requested.

We provide a Consent Form Template and Verification Guidelines to help you stay compliant.

Fees

Lovexplor applies the following fees, depending on your account type and services used:

  1. Platform Fee – A flat rate or percentage based on your total revenue.

  2. Feature Fees – Optional charges for using premium features (e.g., licensing, distribution tools, merchandising).

  3. Payment Processing Fee – A fee per transaction to cover the cost of handling payments, fraud protection, and billing.

  4. Payout Fee – A fee charged for each payout to your preferred method (e.g., bank, PayPal, Payoneer).

  5. Currency Conversion Fee – Applied when transactions occur in a currency different from your payout currency.

    These fees are clearly displayed in your Creator Dashboard. External platform fees (e.g., App Store commission) may apply separately and be passed on to the user or deducted from revenue.

If your balance becomes negative due to chargebacks or refunds, we may deduct from future earnings or request repayment.

Taxes

To comply with tax laws, we may:

  • Collect tax identification information from creators.

  • Report your earnings to tax authorities (e.g., Form 1099-K in the U.S.).

  • Apply transactional taxes such as VAT, GST, or local sales tax to purchases.

We calculate taxes based on:

  • The benefits you offer

  • Your location

  • Your fans’ location

You are responsible for properly categorizing your content and benefits using good faith and accurate information. We provide tools to help you manage taxes in your Tax Center.

Restrictions

You may not publish content or offer benefits that:

  • Violate laws or promote illegal activities

  • Exploit or abuse any individual

  • Are misleading or deceptive

  • Infringe on intellectual property without permission

  • Contain real people engaging in sexual acts

We do not allow content that includes revenge porn, non-consensual acts, bestiality, minors, or sexual violence — even in simulated or fictional form.

Certain features (e.g., merchandising or integrations) may not be available for adult/18+ creators.

Your fans must be at least 18 years old to purchase adult content.

Account & Data

  • Your creator account is tied to your identity and creative output. It may not be sold or transferred to another person.

  • You are responsible for keeping your fans’ data secure and private.

  • By being a creator, you agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), also known as the Creator Privacy Promise.

Experimental Features

We continuously test and improve the platform. You may have early access to beta features or limited tools. These are not guaranteed and may be enabled or disabled at any time, without prior notice.


Everything About Being an Xplorer 

Summary:
An Xplorer is someone who subscribes to or purchases content from creators on Lovexplor. By becoming a paying member or buying an offer, you support the creators you love — and in return, you may receive exclusive perks and immersive experiences.

Your Role as a Supporter

When you become an Xplorer, you’re supporting a creator financially and gaining access to exclusive benefits such as:

  • Private content

  • Early previews

  • Behind-the-scenes access

  • Merchandise (when available)

  • Premium community interaction

You can choose between one-time purchases or auto-renewing memberships, depending on what the creator offers. Lovexplor is the billing entity, and charges are processed accordingly.

If your main payment method fails, we’ll attempt to charge any backup payment methods you’ve set up.


Types of Memberships

Lovexplor offers three main subscription models:

  1. Monthly Membership: Recurring monthly charges.

  2. Per-Creation Membership: Pay only when the creator posts premium content.

    • You may set a limit on how many times you’re charged per month.

  3. Annual Membership: Pay upfront for 12 months — usually at a discounted rate.

  4. Lifetime

Not all creators offer all options. The available membership types are clearly shown before you subscribe.

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. If you signed up with a free trial, you’ll be charged once the trial ends — unless you cancel beforehand.

Billing & Renewal

Your billing date may vary slightly due to time zone differences or platform constraints. If subscription pricing changes, you’ll be notified in advance.

Creators may adjust prices to reflect rising costs or added benefits. We may also adjust pricing to reflect exchange rate updates or platform service fees (e.g., App Store commission).

Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT or sales tax) are added at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for keeping your location data up to date to ensure correct tax handling.

Your Rights and License

By purchasing a membership or offer, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to view the creator’s content for personal, private use only. You may not redistribute or use it for commercial purposes.

Access to content is not guaranteed indefinitely — creators may remove or edit posts at any time. Access may also be revoked due to:

  • Failed payments

  • Account cancellation

  • Being blocked by a creator

  • Content or membership tier changes

  • Creator leaving the platform

We are not obligated to provide access to any specific creator, offer, or content.

Cancellations & Upgrades

You may cancel or change your membership at any time:

  • Monthly/Per-Creation: Changes affect the next charge.

  • Annual: You may cancel or upgrade, but not downgrade during the term.

If you upgrade, we may credit your existing payment toward the new level.

Refunds

Our default policy is no refunds. You may lose access to content if:

  • Your payment fails

  • The creator changes or deletes the content

  • The creator blocks you

  • You cancel mid-cycle

We may make refund exceptions at our sole discretion.

Due to the digital nature of our audiovisual content, all sales and subscriptions are final, and refunds are not provided once content has been accessed.

Exceptions:
We may grant refunds only in specific cases, including:

  • Duplicate Payments: If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same membership, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Billing Errors: If there is a system error causing an incorrect charge, we will investigate and process a correction if necessary.

How to Request a Refund?
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by emailing hello@lovexplor.com with transaction details.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If you pay in a currency different from your card’s billing currency, your bank may apply foreign transaction fees. Lovexplor does not charge these fees and has no control over them.

Product Experiments & Beta Features

We regularly test new features to improve the Xplorer experience. These may be enabled or disabled for different users without prior notice. Access to experimental or beta features is not guaranteed.

Services Offered

Lovexplor offers exclusive content about tourism, available through subscription on our website and others platforms. We also offer limited free content on various social networks and written blogs on our website.

  • Subscription Content: Access to high-quality videos (HD and 4K) is available exclusively to subscribers. Some subscriptions may allow content downloads, as specified.
  • Free Content: We offer limited free content on social networks and blogs related to tourism around the world.

Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions: Access to exclusive content is available through subscription plans. Details of each subscription, including cost and duration, can be found on our subscription page.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by requesting it via email or on your profile. No refunds will be issued since the content is consumed instantly.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the contracted period unless cancellation is requested.

Copyright and Use of Content

All content provided by Lovexplor is protected by copyright. Subscribers have limited access to content for personal and non-commercial viewing on designated platforms (website, and other). Content may not be downloaded, distributed, or modified without explicit permission.

  • Downloads: In some cases, subscriptions may include the ability to download content. This will be specifically indicated in the subscription plan.
  • Credential Sharing: Subscription credentials are for personal use. However, transferring subscriptions to others is permitted as long as it does not harm access to Lovexplor.

Use of others platforms

  • Groups: By joining our Telegram groups, you agree to follow the established rules. In case of non-compliance, your access may be revoked, and you may be permanently expelled and blocked.
  • Data Collection: Only your Telegram username is collected to verify your subscription. Neither your phone number nor your full name will be collected or displayed to other users.
  • Privacy: Your personal information will not be visible or shared with other users in the private group.

User Conduct

Users are expected to respect the rules and refrain from prohibited activities such as:

  • Sharing or distributing exclusive content outside the permitted platforms.
  • Using subscription credentials in an unauthorized manner.

In the case of serious violations, access to the content may be suspended or canceled without refund.

Data Protection

Lovexplor is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We collect the following data:

  • Name and email address when subscribing or contacting us.

  • Telegram username to verify the subscription and access private groups.

  • Use of Information: The collected information is used solely to provide access to content and enhance the user experience. It will not be sold or shared with third parties.

  • Data Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their personal data by sending an email. They will be asked to provide the necessary information to proceed with the deletion.

Availability of Content

We strive to provide new content to our members on a weekly basis. However, due to exceptional circumstances, there may be occasions where the release of new content is delayed or temporarily paused. These situations may include, but are not limited to, technical issues, production delays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

While our commitment is to deliver the best possible experience, users acknowledge that the frequency of content updates is not a contractual guarantee and may vary in exceptional cases. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to improve our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Lovexplor is not responsible for the quality of third-party services, such as the performance of platforms like Telegram or Patreon. While we make every effort to ensure that the content is always available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use will be resolved under the laws of the country determined by Lovexplor, which will be communicated to the users when applicable. In the case of legal proceedings, the courts of the designated country will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to the Terms

Lovexplor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the website, and continued use of our services will imply acceptance of the updated terms.

Third-Party Links and Integrations

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services for enhanced functionality, such as video hosting, payment processing, or analytics tools. While we strive to work with reputable providers, we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
